TSF1 Stage 11 Wall Raise - Pajingo Gold Mine - NQM Gold 2

The scope of works involved requires the raising of an upstream wall by 3m to a RL of 1309m. These works include but are not limited to the following works:

• Clearing, grubbing and soil stripping of the embankment for preparation of excavated surfaces.

• Construction of a working platform up to approximately the existing embankment crest level, using waste rock from existing Pajingo spoil dumps

• Construction of the upstream lift embankment and abutment extensions, using rock fill reclaimed from existing waste dumps as specified by the Company, and earth fill sourced from borrow areas within the lease area.

• Construction of a new emergency spillway channel development, preparation, operation and rehabilitation of the earth fill borrow area(s).

• Upgrade and construction of haul roads for the purposes of carrying out the contract work.

• Construction of modifications to the north and south access ramps; and

• Installation of Stage 11 monitoring instrumentation.
